Public Information Request
The City of Burton provides the following ways for you to submit your public information request. Your request must include: a. your name and contact information; b. a detailed description of the information your are seeking; c. date range of information; d. how you would like to receive a response (digital copies via email; only to view at city hall; or paper copies ($0.10 per page))
Hand Delivery or Mail
You may request a form from the City Hall. Once you've completed the form, you may hand deliver it or or mail it to City of Burton, PO Box 255, Burton, Texas 77835.
Written Form
You may submit a request to any City Employee in any written form, including by email ([email protected]), fax (979-289-3418), or letter.
Good to Know
Please note that for a public information request to be valid, it must be submitted in writing to the City.
